Lone Oak has many good qualities, but Kiersley is the best one of all. All of the residents are thankful for her kindness and professionalism. Lease with her! It’s apartment living so there’s some issues but for the area it’s the best there is

I must say, I love these apartments!! I really do! Nice, quiet and friendly! I have probably bugged the front office, Kiersley the most with questions that she has answered for me. She is super helpful and professional and as nice as can be!! So I will say I enjoy living in these apartments!!

I moved in about 6th months ago, and have loved most of my time here. The few issues I had, Kiersley in the leasing office has handled them promptly. She was such a breath of fresh air while apartment searching, and made the process from Day 1 as simple as possible. She is definitely a key part in the way the complex is taken care of. If I DO decide to renew my lease, it will be because of her!

Leasing office is fine and rent is average price for all the appliances you get. The unit itself is beautiful, probably the nicest place I've lived. My issues are the noise levels within the unit. We can hear my upstairs neighbors EVERY SINGLE STEP. We know when they're in the bathroom, getting into/ out of bed, kitchen, living room, when they get home/leave. It sounds like they are stomping with every step. If they're up walking until midnight...we're up with them because my walls rattle and floors creak extremly loud with their walking. Over all these are nice looking apartments and if needed we would renew. Obviously my issue is part of the "apartment life".
