I took 2 of my daughters during MD tax free week to get fitted and DEB WAS AWESOME! The store was super busy, but the staff managed the traffic very well and you can definitely tell they all are trained to deal with the demand. I didn’t wait very long to be seen and when I asked for assistance with fitting one of my daughters, one of the team members recommended Deb. Deb was very patient with us and helped through ALL of our fittings (gym, jumpers, blouses lol). I seriously appreciate the excellent customer service especially during such busy time in which I thought I would have to wait outside to enter etc but nope they exceeded my expectations!!

So this review is not to say anything bad about the employees they were nice and tried to help as best they could, but the process you have to go through to shop is a mess. I will never shop in store again, I will buy offline and take in just returns that don't fit. I could only talk to people in a " half apron" about gym uniforms or polos, you are not allowed to try on the clothes you are buying but have to try on " samples" that who know how many people have put on. Each sample i got was slightly different. Then you have to talk to people in a " full apron" about other clothes. You are not allowed to look through the store. You fill out a paper order form give it to a " full apron shopper" then they get your stuff and fill out another paper that you take to the front register. 4 items didn't come embroidered and we have to go back in 3 days to get them 45 minutes away. The out of stock items needed to be ordered and they will only ship to my home which is fine except they charged 5 for shipping when if I did it online it would have been free. I thought I was making a quick stop to grab a couple things and ended up in there for almost 2 hours. Yikes!
