I opted to speak to a representative and was immediately connected to a very pleasant person who took care of my request efficiently. No waiting.

Yes
Yes, you can only get an absentee ballot at this time. In which you will have to fill out an absentee ballot request form first , then you either return it yourself or mail it in. Then you will be sent an absentee ballot in the mail which you fill out and return yourself to the board , mail it in an election mail box that will be placed at libraries, or just mail it yourself. Also , you can wait for early voting that happens in October. Also, mail in ballots are being mail out to all registered voters. You can use it to vote, but these mail in ballots can be tracked , consequently it can be lost, thrown away, or redone by another person illegally. If you need it ASAP then I suggest the absentee ballot that can be tracked as a legal ballot. Hope this helps !!!
You can go to the MVA or go onto the state board online voter registration.
I had the same question. I use my maiden name as my middle name for all official documents. I called and was told they don't compare signatures in MD, at least not for this election, and it didn't matter as long as there is a signature. I hope that is correct. I signed with all three names, figuring that more info was better than not enough. Hope that helps.
They are still in the process of being mailed out. I would suggest you contact your Bd. Of Elections
