Time and time again they are lackluster about care when I call about a surgery I got "what if my husband wants kids." When I had surgery about a year and half ago the nurse said that because I wasn't walking I was lazy. They lack empathy and are only in it for the money same with Freeman they have no concept of time either you wait 2 hours to be seen only to get 10 mins they rush you out they don't care do not go for care here as well as Freeman

Every time my husband make an appointment. He go the day supposed to 15 minutes early. To get told that they canceled it and they never call you. The same day we make the appointment.

The worst place I have ever gone to for care. They sent one of my bills to collections after multiple times of me asking if I owed anything. They don’t care about you and the staff is not smart enough to accomplish simple tasks. The doctors are overwhelmed and no one even calls you back with your blood test results! I will never go back!!!!!

Access Family Care in Joplin MO. They never call you back like they say they will, 1 month afterwards test were ordered still hasn't been set up yet and after I called them 3 times I only got 1 call back with NO calls what so ever about the tests. I am looking for a better doctor if anyone knows of one. Even after the person at the front desk for appointments said they would send message to the doctor/nurse and still no return call. I can count on my dogs better than I can this clinic.

Clinic is open, but lab, nurses and doctors take lunch from 12 to 1
They can bill insurance or you need to bring you whole house income to be placed in a slide, once in a slide they will let you know the price.

I really didnt have a problem getting through front desk , now the nurses is another question. But they always returned my call. I've been there for a very long time and they r lovely peoples.

Insurance, income and your basic demographics
Take last two most recent check stubs or taxes for proof of income of anyone who is working in home that is 18 and older. You would also need a photo ID,social security. They will put your information into the computer to see what slide you qualify for. That slide will be good for medical,dentist, and their pharmacy!! They will be able to tell you while your there what your slide is.
