There's abundant handicap parking in the main, enclosed, parking lot. On-street parking is available too; I've noticed numerous open spots the last few times we've been there. I'm sorry I can't speak to whether or not there's a charge!
There is attached, covered and convenient parking with direct access to the museum with handicap parking spots available for a fee. There are no free parking options that I am aware of during museum hours.
Yes there is a change. Not always real close for handicap
