I was here twice ....the first time I left after 4 days because the case worker was a total inconsiderate heffa (she doesn't work there any more) but ended up having to go back due to having a hernia surgery and they wouldn't even let me rest per the surgeons orders....then the same case worker told me I was only allowed to ride the elevator for 2 days post surgery...mrs.lanette was the only only who had my back ....the only staff I felt that really was caring is Mrs .merieum, Mrs Sonya and Mrs lanette

I came in for a shoppers apt..it seemed like everyone was friendly but once I started shopping I felt the pressure of the rush and the lady kept asking was I ok? I was fine I was 30 minutes late but I couldn't find nothing good at all the jackets I had for my daughter was taken out and I felt very rushed and disrespected in my time of finding clothing Items it was very odd for them not to have many items when the hall had thousands of boxes with clothes and shoes I no they cant give alot but I do expect some type of respect for shopping then I could have found my daughter some nice things for school which wasn't her size or anything For a house of joy it was not so joyful I dont think you have the right person for your clothing area someone who inside feel some type of way about others get help im thankful for the items but i had to rush which made it very bad all them donations and none are available this is heartbreaking thanks and god bless!!

I really did like this place. Was very welcomed there even for the few days I was there the staff could use more workers to help.
