Have heard of a company that they hired mcright and associates read up on them seems like a bad bad choice on their part they should either be taken off of it or completely rehaul the way tjey do inspections taking pictures seems excessively unneeded and a complete invasion of privacy for the people on housing depending what happens might change rating of said place but until then it stays one star.thank you have a nice day.

Not true. All inspections are done by an independent contractor paid through the housing authority based upon HUD inspection guidelines. If you are having an issue with your landlord not completing repairs, contact the housing authority.

We are a public housing authority that has waiting lists for our apartments so we don't post available units. We give first preference on our waiting lists to people that reside within the city limits.
