to give a little insight, my experience was so bad that i’m writing my very first google review. please do not take your car here. i just moved to Easton and was looking for a mechanic. i figured this place had great reviews so i would take it here. i dropped it off thursday night for a friday appointment. i needed an inspection and oil change. i call friday before closing, and they didn’t even get to my car. i was assured it would be looked at first thing in the morning. i call saturday, about an hour and a half after they open, still nobody looked at my car. i told them to not bother and that i would just get my car and take it somewhere else as i had an appointment. i was once again assured, it would be done in time. i’m not one to rush or be a pain as i’ve worked with the public for years, but it seemed a little ridiculous to me. against my better judgement, i agreed. it was not done in time and i had to uber somewhere. i got to pickup my car today and i was given a discount for the uber i had to pay for and i was going to let it go. until i get into my car and find they never did an oil change. only 10% oil life, as my car alerts when you start it, the main reason i needed it done, was not completed. i have never been so upset with a business in my life. so please, do not take your cars here.

You have to stay on top of them. I recently had them do work on my car. While they are great mechanics and have decent prices, they do have a high volume I think they struggle to manage. But if you stay on top of them and express your dissatisfaction, they will address your concern. Just call them or go there in person and just tell them your issue and they will get it resolved.
Yes, he tells you how much he'll rip you off then adds on top of it. He doesn't fix it though.
