DIRTY floors, chairs, the AC vents were disgusting. Looks like they haven’t clean it for 5 years. They don't even have alcohol and paper for you to clean the chairs. They had a waiting time of 3/4 hours. 3/4 of a waiting room full of kids waiting is crazy.

no billing transparency there. they dont tell you that your insurance will be getting billed $275 for their "facilities fee" for cleaning and being checked in. Plus a separate bill from the provider consult. Walking in the front desk provided poor directions to the area we were supposed to go to. had to ask random workers for help multiple times. never wouldve found it on our own like they wanted us to. Provider spoke over us, didnt listen to our questions/concerns, and just pushed medicine right away before doing any imaging/tests. did no clinical workup and barely spent any time with us and did not listen to us. Only cared about getting the answer to her questions in a straight yes/no - not the grey areas that we were concerned about that didnt really fit the questions. also made us drive to milwaukee from 3 hours out of town when it could've been done over a video visit since there was no clinical workup and only a 5-10 minute visit.

Went to ER my grandson was having some breathing issues. We waited 3 hours and still was not in a room they kept saying your next your next. We finally left. I just went home and put him in a steamed shower. Ridiculous

I’m allowed to have one other person with me cause my child is disabled and I can’t handle him by my self. He has caregivers. And I just call and get it approved. If u have problems you can have it changed or if it’s a very important appointment u talk to the doctor and have it approved

That was a long time pass but I'm sure if you call information or records they should be able to help. You will need more then a doctor with a turban, good luck too you and very happy to hear your daughter has a 2nd chance at life that's a blessing.

I dont have an actual answer, but my daughter has been here for months at a time for a year, and they are amazing. They have an awesome facility with game and toy rooms, playstations and xboxs in patient rooms. My daughter is given toys constantly. Theyve also provided several forms of financial help since holding a job is hard when your 3 hours from home with your sick child. And above all else the staff is incredable. Very caring and friendly and willing to work with whatever you need. The doctors are some of the best in the country.
You normally have to ask when you have your appointment to be set up with MyCharts and then they will ask you for your email and stuff to allow you to have access. Once you do that, then you can download the app and log in.

Yes, there is an excellent fetal concerns clinic.
Yes they do have DVD players, but the infusion clinic is on the first floor of the main hospital building.
