I know several guys who have gone through their programs and have benefited greatly. They provide wholistic care that gives struggling individuals the resources and support they need to get back on their feet.

A place that takes care of people who have nowhere else to go.

MRM is one of the few places that seeks to help the community they serve. Their actions are congruent with their mission, to feed the body and the soul (Matthew 4:4). I've had the privilege of spending time, and talking with some of the men who look to MRM as a place of refuge, when family or friends are not available to help. Keep up the great work!

MRM is a beacon of hope for Milwaukee. Their staff is committed, trained, and gracious. They offer services free of charge and are completely run by generous donations. Some of the negative reviews here are truly baffling!
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.

Yes, the women stay in the back.
The Milwaukee Rescue Mission not only just provide shelter or food but the most Fascinating thing is the staff will help you get to know who Jesus is all you have to do is open your Heart and that start as a New beginning for anyone Amen God bless from Minister Roy Jones Sr.
Back of the building. There is one door for food donations & another for textiles & misc. items.
The volume of mother and children is high during this season, a phone interview is mandatory for a prospective guest.
They just go up there and request a bed. Tell them they're homeless with nowhere to go and they will feed and give a bed. If you have a Job, well that's a big plus cause you don't sleep where the other's are, you are given special needs and things
Yes they can help.
After lock in 6pm. Then sit in chairs for an hour for count. Then chapel. Then showers. Don't take anything of value. Otherwise will be missing or stolen.
Hi Rudolph! We do have beds available at this time. Your friends should get in touch with us to inquire about intake procedure and how we might be able to help. Please visit milmission.org/get-help/ for direct numbers to our shelters. Or, you or your friends can call our main line at 414-344-2211 and ask to be transferred to the appropriate department.
Are they homeless? If so I believe so.
Mothers with children are welcome. You have to call to request rooms starting at 8am. Rooms are shared with other families, children must be enrolled in school and they have to be within your sight at all times..but they run all that by you during intake.

But if you or a friend are ever able to swing by or Central Campus Distribution Center (830 N 19th Street), we'll be glad to accept your donations anytime between 10am-6pm, M-F. For men who have completed the New Journey program, New Journey Transitional Services (NJTS) is a six-month transitional living program that helps men take further responsibility for their own lives. Participants receive additional support and guidance to help them make a successful transition back into the community
Unless you join their new journey program. Then you share a nice sized room with one other person and have a key to your room and the new journey floor.
Talk with your case manager and inform them of your exit day, if you don't have a suit case they will give you bags to pack your belongings. If you don't take your stuff with you, you have 3 days to retrieve your stuff unless you call and talk with someone about an extension.
