I think it's an OSHA thing they won't probably accept it. You might be able to donate it to a resale shop.
Yea, unfortunately MRM doesn't do pickups, and I know that they don't usually accept mattresses, either. I've been told that they don't have the space for large furniture items (since there is generally not a need for them) so they typically don't accept them.
Rescue mission don't do that
