In DFW the bookstore chain that buys and sells used books (and book/game/music related) is Half-Price Books. They have multiple stores all over.

No. I don't think they buy used books or manga because they sell all new books, merchandise, and other related items. Most of their merchandise is imported too. I am sure that you can sell used books at half price books, Ebay, amazon or craigslist. I hope it helps.
I would say no, they sell brand new stuff; its unlikely that they would buy used books. I would recommend you to use craigslist or ebay.
