Why would anyone shop at this place. Get on line and see what the CEO has to say. He would rather you go somewhere else

I had hit a piece of rubber in the road on I20 this past spring and it broke the drain valve off the bottom of my fresh water tank. I stopped at this Camping World to pick up a replacement. They weren't interested in helping me. Told me to go down the street to Lowes. They'd have what I needed there. Bad attitudes at every CW I've ever been to. I bought my last camper there. Never again. Wish I had gone to my local mom and pop dealer.

If it isn't an item they normally carry and don't have at their local distributor, then they are just ordering it for you. When freight charges apply, you can just ask them to ship it to your address if that makes more sense for that purchase.

Special order items are like that at most places. They don't come on a regular truck. Try amazon prime if you want fee shipping to your door.

Some places have to special order items. Resulting in a shipping charge. The item may have come from the DC or another store. Or the normally don't have that item in stock. You should have asked is there was any additional charge because it does sound like an item that had to be ordered.
