They have bad customer service with everyone
All camping world stores have horrible customer service, avoid this chain at all costs
This place is a joke, service department is terrible, do not buy from this place
I have had horrible customer service with the repair shop nothing but bad attitudes and stupid reasons lack of professional knowledge all things are owner fault it's an iddiot world in there
My only experience with the service department was with a man named Gary McDaniel. In my opinion, he went above and beyond! Sales is different. They offered below wholesale on my trade and wanted 2 prices on a new one.
My only dealings with the Tyler facility. I met Daniel Sanders to purchase a motor home. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me a driving lesson on a class A motor home. We did not choose the A.C.E, but I will always thank Daniel for his sales approach.
I thought it was just me....!
They have the WORST service center I have ever seen. My trailer has been their over 90 days and still isn't fixed. I will be contacting the BBB and will probably have to get a lawyer to get it fixed properly.
J.A.W. Jr. I purchased my camper in Tyler. We agreed to a price, they started the make ready on it so we went to eat lunch. I got online to send link to a friend of mine and the price had dropped $2000. I text sales person and they took the $2000 off, no questions ask. Not sure about your statement about 2 prices. RRW
