My step son purched a used 2020 camper 4 days ago, and he has already had to put in a work/repair request for 6 broken items. Only giving 2 stars because the company is sending a repair tech Tuesday to fix the issues free w/out a warranty service fee. Spoke to the GM to voice my concerns and his response was "things happen." Previously gave 2 stars due to the GM's comment of "things happen" and to the issues with the new camper. Now upping my review to 4 stars because even though I did not like the GM's response, the tech came out today and did fix the issues (will have to order a part to fix the toilet).

We were NOT made to feel welcome. Walked in and my husband told the receptionist we wanted to look at the RVs so our friend's daughter could get an idea of what she wanted. The receptionist looked at us like we were stupid and said they don't normally let people do that. She called over a sales guy that tried to tell us that we would probably get confused after seeing different RVs and the trip would be a bust. He did let us go out but we looked at only one because there's no way will do business with a place that has such poor customer service.

They have bad customer service with everyone
Had similar experience. Was trying to buy trailer...while there and dealing with sales person, got great attention and questions answered and treated great. Called next day, had to go thru the automated system to finally get someone on the phone. The salesperson wasn't there, but the manager she had been going back and forth to just the day before WAS in but was in a meeting 😕 but I was told he'd call back to answer my question. He never called!! Two days later, finally got our salesperson on the phone. She was very confused about the deal we were trying to negotiate...and SHE TOOK NOTES the day we were there. Seems like they they'll try to talk you into anything on your first visit. But once you walk out the door...with or without their product...they don't know who you are or what you're talking about when you call or come back. I'm sorry that I gave them such a great review after the first visit. Taught me a lesson!! Sorry you are having trouble... but just know you aren't alone

Why would anyone shop at this place. Get on line and see what the CEO has to say. He would rather you go somewhere else
