We had a disappointing experience with a very rude UPS driver and contacted UPS to report recently. Won’t go into details. We did receive a return call from the UPS Customer Center in Tyler and went through the incident and shared that their driver was rude, immature, and generally disrespectful. Completely out of line given the situation. The customer service representative was not helpful at all and seemed to generally dismiss the behavior of a rude driver. Not what you would expect from UPS. If you live in area and the truck with license plate in attached photo serves your area, beware.

Horrible Experience. I had a 1000 dollar package that has still not arrived after 4 days of it being delayed. It’s original delivery day the driver said he couldn’t find the package and decided to just leave and lie about coming back at the end of the day to deliver the package. UPS needs to find competent people.

UPS drivers have multiple release options provided on their DIAD board. If you have a specific location that you want your package to be released you can call the center and have them set it up so the DIAD board will tell the driver to deliver to where you want it. However if your driveway is dirt and there has been sufficient rain do not expect the driver to go down your driveway for fear of getting stuck in the mud.
