Standing at the door 15 min before closing time being told "I'm the only one here! Had to close up" I knew exactly what i needed. Would have taken 3 min. Ridiculous.

We bought a 5th wheel from Joe and Rj. Both were great to work with. Answered all of our questions and helped us find the rv we needed. Also, the gentleman that did our walk through with us was great. He was very informative and thorough. I highly recommend coming here for your new rv!

I mentioned to Joe that I had spoken with Eric, Heidi and another woman before we came to the dealership. His demeanor changed as if he was taking a possible sale from someone else. I told him our parameters and he showed us a few units. The south Tyler dealership offered us $12K (I'd been offered $15K elsewhere) for our trade in so required a substantial down-payment and didn't attempt to lower the sticker price to "sweeten" any deal.

I don't know when grand opening is but according to this entry online, they are open now. Oops! Just went by. Not open but will open either Thursday the 18th Oct. Or Saturday.

They do not rent RVs, but do sell them.

Hello. I need to find out about my member card. I paid for a membership a few months back, but have never received my card. Is there a way that I can get it sent to me?

You should give them a call! If you bought the membership in store you most likely had paperwork that had your membership number on it already. As far as the card goes I believe you can log in online and pull it up. To be quite honest I'm not sure they have a physical card. They may though.

If you say your having a sale on all fishing equipment then why are fish finders not included? This store is a joke!!!

Why is gander's website so dam hard to navigate and look at new trailers? We had to leave thier site shopping elsewhere. I know camper world owns them. But thier web site is Great You need a new Web designer
