This is my second review writing since my first one disappeared from yelp. The practice that they have with their price gorging is outrageous. I was interested in a kia 5 with red interior. I had already googled the price and thought it was a good deal. The online price states that the GT line and EX trim start at $26,490 and $28,990, respectively. I was texting the salesperson Jessica, she quoted me a price of $37,000 almost 10k over the MSRP. 2 days later I get a text from Jessica again saying she wanted to make a deal I then told her that I was 2 hours away and before I drove that far I would need to know how much the car was, she then quoted me $47,800. But 2 days prior she said the exact vehicle was $37,000. I then brought it to her attention and told her that it had actually got a better offer and she tells me then I should "Go for it". We need to be aware of this practice and know that this is unacceptable from Kia and its employees. Its a dishonest practice It's called price Gorging to where your prices change on a daily basis according to who you are. I did receive a text from Jeff the sales manager and I was able to tell him the problem. And I wanted to have a sit down with him my next visit in town but since my Yelp was taken down. I had to write another review here. My Voice Matters and I will not be silenced by a company that chooses to price their cars up first 10k over MSRP and then 2 days later mark it up another $10,800 to be exact!
