I'm not sure if policies have changed but I'm gonna say no you can't. I worked at Walmart many years ago and asked a question similar. Walmart does however offer employees a discounted Sam's Club membership that they deduct from your check over a period of time.

I think you just take it in the store with a printout of your online receipt/proof of purchase and whatever payment method you used and go to service desk.

I shop Sam's Club on a weekly basis, and this past week that I was in there, I did not see any of the 30 pack variety ginger ale drinks, as I buy drinks quite often. Hi, Sam's Club does do eye exams. The approximate cost is between $75.00 and $150.00 depending on what the optometrist does the day you go in for your eye exam. I know they will do several tests and such, but I'm sure every person is different, so the charges will be different.
