Hi, Sam's Club does do eye exams. The approximate cost is between $75.00 and $150.00 depending on what the optometrist does the day you go in for your eye exam. I know they will do several tests and such, but I'm sure every person is different, so the charges will be different. They do hearing and I think they do optical if not walmart which is their parent company does
