Unbelievable over priced

My direct ancestor started this store and my grandmother used to take me shopping here in the late 80s. They all knew her and maybe knew she had stock in the company but whatever the reason they treated her like royalty when she came in. Now every time I've been inside a Dillard's in the last 20 years it's always been the same, a bunch of stuck up, uppity old W.A.S.P. ladies staring down their noses at you and avoiding helping anyone not wearing the appropriate uniform of nepotistic elitism. . Not sure what they have to be stuck up about but they most definitely are. I say merchandise is overpriced and the service is terrible. The store itself is a nice store but that doesn't make up for a shortcomings I give 1.5 Stars at best and that's simply for upkeep of the store and for sentimental reasons due to my family having Roots there.
