Early morning - before 9 a.m. & early evening. Dogs are supposed to be leashed, but if you go off the "beaten path, you could possibly get away with letting your dog run. I've done it. Let that baby run free!
Yes! Theres a few places . just gotta look. Like the one spot i found was just past the gates on a smaller paved road past parking lot. :) its a very gorgeous place go to the right from main building an go straight. :)
