I love the new area in the store! I always find much more than I came for, all the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I've got to say, the only downside is that they are often out of feeder rats.. that happens to me alot, I end up having to come back in and its quite a drive for me. The staff usually is able to tell me when I should come back. All in all, this is by far one of my favorite places to go!!

Recommended to all. Between the personality of the staff, the reputation of the products they sell, and the unbelievably reasonable prices this is a place worth visiting. Had a fantastic experience from an out-of-town point of view will definitely be stopping here again. This is one of my favorite pet stores. The lady who owns it, is super nice. She is always very helpful with questions. The cages and tanks are always super clean. My favorite fish there is Bruce he is amazing. And I love the gaint turtles. You can really tell this lady loves her animals. I love this place. She is doing a great job.

I am located in Forestville and am a private dog trainer if you're interested! My rates are very reasonable, because I love dogs and do it really more for a hobby than anything else. :)
I have not personally seen them. But they do have a website you might get an answer from quicker. That would be a nice product.
We have great rescue centers in Chautauqua County with plenty of puppies and dogs that need homes. #adoptdontshop
Masking is required upon entry. We are continuously sanitizing areas that are commonly used such as door handles credit card machines etc. Hand sanitizer is located by the front door for customers to use upon entry. We encourage social distancing through out the store.
