While great for Vietnamese, this is not "the" place for dim sum. Try Fung's Kitchen or Ocean Palace. Both offer cart service on weekends and menu service dim sum on weekdays.
They have the best Mekog soup.
This is Vietnamese. I love it. I order the Mama La dinner. It has shrimp, chicken and beef.
Classic high end Chinese restaurant from the 80s... Usually packed and not the presence it once had.. portions are good and food was average to me. Just my opinion.
