Do not park here ever. They send people to collect money on the lot, then have you towed later that evening. Costing close to $240 to get vehicle out of impound. They do not answer the phone on the weekend so you have to wait to resolve this on a weekday. Once I had spoken to them, they claimed that homeless people must have taken my money and I would have to clear it up with the tow company. The tow company said I need to take this to court. Lam Parking also said I needed to bring my receipt to court. My advice, don't park in downtown Houston. This is an absolute racket that holds people hostage. Do. Not. Use.

DO NOT PARK HERE! I used this parking lot today for an Astros game. When we left we found 4 trucks had been broken into all next to my truck. The attendants didn't seem to care when we brought it to there attention and also didn't seem surprised about the thefts. How could they not have seen or heard anything? There were 3 or 4 of them working there the whole time. Stay away.

I parked here before on a “normal” day and it costed $5 for the whole day. I came back for the anime matsuri convention and the price increased 6x. Parking for the day was $30. I expected a price increase, but that is a ridiculous.

You can't. It's first come first served, unless you give the guy in the lot your money and ask if he can hold a spot for the next day...you can't count on the same guy on both days...so that's a risk.
Minimum is $5 until 5:30 pm. $7 is I believe until 2 am
what is the parking rate?
