Absolute worst banking experience of my life. I have visited this branch on a number of occasions and they have NEVER been able to provide the service I need. Today, I went to transfer money between accounts and they said they could not do it because their system only allowed minimum transactions. I then said I would like to close my account and take my funds elsewhere. Again, they said they couldn't do it. They could not even estimate when the services would be available. I asked if I could do it online-- they again said no. He had the nerve to suggest they mail me a check for over $100K and mail me forms to close the account. Mail? in this day and age? TAKE YOUR BANKING ELSEWHERE they are unreliable and don't have the resources to take care of customers.

Waste of time. Went in for a simple cash deposit and the person helping me couldn’t process it so he asked for help from what I’m assuming is his boss, the “boss” was on the phone the entire time not caring. There was a toddler running around, which I believe was his child . Very unprofessional, will be calling corporate soon to make sure this situation gets settled.

Been a member since 2008. I can say this bank has gone downhill fast in the last few years. I had a fraudulent charge completely ignored, took hours of phone tag to tell me there is nothing to be done. I got an Overdraft Fee the other day when my account was positive. Go anywhere but here, they do not seem to care about your problems. -- Branch manager reached out to ask me to remove review. I asked for someone to look into my fraud case to get my provisional credit since it's been past 10 days and I would consider it. The manager told me there is nothing he can do so I'm assuming the "Secure Checking" is just a buzzword they use for marketing. Don't put your money in this bank!

Online banking > Select Account > Click "Show Details" highlighted in blue > Look for the words labeled "MICR"> Next to it is a serial of numbers, and the last six digits is your member number. Hope It Helps - JVDC

To open an account, you will need a non-expired government issued ID and your social security number or ITIN. Proof of residence would only be required if additional verification is needed (such as ID not matching current address).
