If its not open to the public then why is it on top things to do in Houston? That's my question.

Very good question which I do not have an answer to; did not know it was on that list. I just worked there for multiple years when it was first built. At that time it was the tallest building in Houston & I believe that the observation deck was open for certain people at that time period. The highest floor I remember going up to was before our offices were complete so we could give input as to things we believed would make our work space more useful. We went up to 45th floor and looked down and out and we could see as far as the San Jacinto Monument. It was pretty cool looking but it was a long time ago & the sky was a lot clearer then.

It used to be. Its not a good view anyway. They don't ask the property owners if they want to be on whatever top list you saw.

I'm pretty sure that's just to look at it and take pictures you don't actually go in it's a real bummer.

The outside is picturesque. Inside is access to tunnel
