I've parked here on Sunday mornings to attend City Church, but this time Iused parking Whiz to book parking in here to attend a recent show at House of Blues. Skywalk on 3rd floor connect this garage with nearby outdoor shopping center. Gate opened upon scanning QR code on my phone and a similar experience exiting with ticket. I left before midnight, so can't comment on how this garage might work later.

Close to Marriott Hotel in Downtown Houston. Instead of paying $50 a night valet, I paid about $50 for 5 nights at this parking lot. Needed help from the garage manager to use SpotHero who was very helpful. Will use it again next time I'm there!

Booked through Parkwhiz for entry after hours. Reached at 12.30am and both entrances on Clay St and Fannin St were closed. No assistance provided when pressing the call button. Why advertise entry after hours if you will be closed? Buyer beware.

The vehicle clearance for this garage is 6'8" which is kind of small, but this is one of the oldest garages in the DT Houston area.
Hello Ms. Gloria, No the parking is not free. You can make a reservation online at www.parkwhiz.com though. If you enter the promo code 'Scan' you can save a dollar as well. You can also pay for the parking at the garage. Just pull a ticket and pay when with a credit card when you leave. Have a great day and a terrific 4th of July!!!
