I love the food very fast and fresh made to order They have to make everything from scratch not easy to do with the employees are working. Making delivery not easy to do so give employees credit. I live in Medford Winconsin employees had to drive below -0 in business cars Delivery are on bickles not cars in Houston Texas

Customer service at the dominos location is bland, and does not know any information. I was told they are out of my area but they are right down the street from me. They said they don’t know when or how long. Then said it will take 3 hours for my to get my pizza even though I’m literally 8 minutes away from them. Absolutely disgusting and I want a refund.

I work for a non profit and ordered 16 pizzas and six 2 liter sodas for a local military organization family day. Short story, I received 6 of the 16 with no soda. I called the manager of the store and she said I would receive the other 10 pizzas in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I had to call again. Bottom line, the pizza was freezing cold when it finally arrived with no sodas. The manager has not made this right and I filed a complaint through their customer service. Guess who called me after the complaint? Yes, the same manager that messed the order up to begin with. I requested the GM contact info and she refused to give it to. If you are ordering more than a family size order, stay away from this store. The manager is incompetent and the general manager refuses to contact me. Where do I go next? Good luck.trying to speak with anyone above the manager.
