The observation deck is no longer open to the public as of early 2019 The observation desk has been closed to the public. Search the internet for “Where are all of Houston’s Observation Decks” to read the Houston Chronicle article about it closing.

No. The sky line is closed to the public. It use to be open to the public but it was just to much traffic in and out.
