You must have a state ID from any US state that is valid and shows your over the age of 21. Or if from out of the country must have a valid passport.
No, just any state or country ID showing you're 21 or over. Passport is good, too.
I just lost my texas drivers license tonight! :( my trip to vegas is next wk on 29th, will i be able to purchase at a dispensary with my paper ID?? I have a birth certificate as well, credit cards in my name and school Id as well.
No you do not, as with Colorado, Oregon, California, and Washington and their recreational laws with IDs, Nevada follows the same procedure. As long as you have a valid ID from any of the 50 states, and are age 21+, you are allowed to enter any legal recreational dispensary, and get your products bought
