Day Use Areas means land, premises and facilities, designed to be used by members of the public, for a fee or otherwise, for outdoor recreation purposes on a daily basis. Day use areas include uses and facilities such as parks, playgrounds, picnic sites, tennis courts, beaches, marinas, athletic fields, and golf courses. Hope this helps!!!!
