They offer 2 deals $129 breakfast ride and $159 dinner ride. Make reservations online and right across from Red Rock. It's an amazing and educational trail ride. A must. The breakfast ride is about an hour and a half. They stop and take photo's of you riding.

There is one called siver state guided horseback . its clear on the other side of town. Lake mead blvd almost to hwy147. Frenchmans trail.
I'm not sure our group went hiking and exploring ,it seems that would be an option though I'm pretty sure people do go on horseback to see the hard to reach area's I would call the red rock canyon reserve office not sure what that number would be good luck
I did not see horses but stop at the welcome area you can ask them.
