Are there tours from Planet Hollywood to the red rocks available?

If you know the right people, you can have anything you want but I don't think there's a partnership of any kind between Planet Hollywood and Red Rock. It is at least 30-45 minutes drive depending on which area you wanted to go.

They have tours available but I don't think theres one available from Planet Hollywood.

There is no DIRECT connection from Planet Hollywood Las Vegas to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation from my quick Google research.
