They are upstairs toward the front of the building. Basically any open door you can use it. If you bring your own towels I suggest you do, but they have towels hanging up. There's no time limit it's basically first come first served. The doors will be wide open for open ones. Doors shut mean someone's in there so dont knock or try opening a door. They have bunk rooms too, also free for 12 hours. You need to speak to the laundry dept for a bunk. They are the very first door on the corner between the showers and laundry room. If no rooms are available you'll see the sign attached to the door you knock on. If your unsure just ask someone they'll help you most likely.

They also have free available showers downstairs in the locker room, usually isn't a wait, upstairs or rooms can be timely, I recommend to atleast bring a face towel or wash rag as they only provide dry towels, upstairs they will basically automatically provide them for you cause there typically hanging up in the bathroom already but in the locker room you'll need to grab one from the stack as soon as you walk in by the weight room
