Thanks Jared Crawford you are a banking genius with a lot of care for your customers you took a rather horrible situation with my concern, honestly bad for me at first coming to bank about loosing card had to go through all that red tape to get funds transferred to checking account, then opening new my spending card, agent helping made error, but Jared took the initiative to be not only a great team player but more like the Captain of the Team, Stephanie thank you for taking the call and the actions you took, couldn't fixed this error on my own. Thank You both very much!!! My thoughts of Commerce have improved by 1000 percent!!!

His question is what is the number to the branch because when you call the customer service number they refused to give you the phone number to the North side location Commerce Bank and that bites what if you really needed to report something oh you got carjacked and you need to report your card well it's kind of messed up that they do not post the number for the bank they post a number the 869 number is to customer service and they refuse to give you the number to the bank directly they need to change that that's bogus Nicholas Edwards
