My husband has seen Dr. Benjamin Lampert for several years and is very happy with his treatment plan. My only regret is that Dr. Lampert is not accepting new patients now that I need treatment. Also, I need to comment that the many bad reviews posted here have me looking in other places for my pain management needs, since I can't see Dr. Lampert. It's been a hard year for all of us, I know, and pain makes it seem worse. Maybe we should cut some of these health care providers a bit of slack. Namaste. EDIT: Dr. Lampert has retired. The doctor my husband saw was not as good as Dr. Lampert. No relief was obtained from the injections. This is not the reason my husband will not return to Mercy Pain management. The reason is that he was not told until just before the injections that no anesthesia would be administered. He stated it was painful. Then, he was deposited in the dressing room and told to get dressed. I was not given the option to be with him to assist him in any way. The worst part was that the attendant did NOT offer him a wheel chair for discharge. I saw him stumbling and holding on to the wall as he came out the door. I held him up and got him to the car. He said "just get me out of here." That is totally NOT like him. Because of this experience, we both are patients of the Citizen's Memorial Hospital system now.

This review is for NATHAN P. SCHATZ FNP, you sir are a fool and have no clue as to what you are talking about! For one I have not seen you on my neck pain at anytime! For you to say my pain does not coincide with my testing as of to date, you have no clue what you are blabbering! You are the poster child for medical malpractice! Maybe you need to do a little research before you spew false information and talk down to a patient! You will never treat me or be allowed to work my case again! Mercy needs to find more NPs with a little more knowledge and manners!

Don’t expect cooperating medical professionals who want to work with you in YOUR treatment plan instead expect arrogance oh, also be prepared to be yelled at for mentioning you have a degenerative disc disease. Just a horrible experience with doctors and management just crazy crazy times . Dr Chūk this one’s for you
