You'll need to fill out the surrender form online and they'll call you. You can try calling them also but they don't always have someone available to answer the phones.

If the dog was found as a stray they will not take it unless you've had the dog for 10 days and have made an effort to find the owner. Otherwise, it must go to your county shelter for a 3 day stray hold. Also, their intake process takes 2 weeks to a month.
