Lived here for a year from June 2020 to June 2021. Absolutely ruined the apartment experience for me so I eventually bought a home and couldn’t be happier almost a year and a half later. Look at the negative reviews on this place and make your decision. Do not let them show you a different apartment than the one you are going to move into (Duh). After we moved out I wanted to write a nastier review but didn’t have the energy. Don’t expect your security deposit back and expect to pay more. Only nice thing about this place was how close it was to my work.

For the most part, I have had a very positive experience here. Everyone has been very nice, especially Shelby. However, we have some problems that haven’t been fixed yet. Our upstairs neighbors have also taken to playing music really loud. Otherwise, I’ve had a good experience. Edit: After living here for a few weeks now, I would like to change my review. We have asked them multiple times to come out and fix things and they have never showed up. They do cleanliness checks, which I suppose is fine. However, they came to do ours (we were not here due to other circumstances) and they left us a little note saying that we now need to pay a pet deposit fee along with $700 for our “new pet.” Our pets are service animals and they are on file, as we made it abundantly clear and provided all the necessary paperwork before we even moved in. Furthermore, they have charged us more multiple times at this point. They told us one bill should be no more than $220 (apparently the highest they’ve seen) yet ours is almost $400. Yes the apartments are nice for the most part, but it’s really not very worth it considering all the issues and how much rent actually is.
