So I decided to change my review as this location no longer reflects my opinion of this company. This apartment complex is not customer friendly to say the least. One the landlord owns the Internet and doesn't allow any third parties to provide Cable on the property. Furthermore it also allows him to somewhat monopolies the price for example I believe I get 50 MBPS for 75$ currently. While public cable companies offer three to four times that speed for the same amount. Another issue with this apartment complex is the owner raises rent yearly. I used to pay 680 at one point and now I pay 800 for a one bedroom and one bath apartment that hasn't been updated in over five years. I will give them some credit however their maintenance teams are quick and usually repair items on the same day and the landscaping is nice.

I lived in two separate apartments and really enjoyed it. Yes, the electric is high. Yes they are dated. I toured a couple years back when I was considering selling my house and nothing has changed, it is still the same great place as always. The ONLY reason I don’t sell and come back is the internet. I have to have that for my job and it needs to be reliable. If you don’t have to work from home, I wouldn’t even worry about that. As I near retirement this place is still in the running though!!!

I have a 2 bedroom and it's 754 but internet is awful and so is management. One of the floor heaters in the apartment broke and I've been waiting over a month for them to fix it.
