Just fill it back up , and park where you got it , and put the keys in the box next to the door .
I'm not sure. Haven't had the misfortune of having my unit sold. But I assume, because if you're so many weeks behind, they'll start the collections process. Which includes, regrettably, the sale of your unit to recoup rent, and fees....and that's of course as a last resort.
Ive had a unit there for a few years and the last time i was in the office they still sold boxes
