Can I surrender my dog to this place

It's possible if they have room. If they do net then please try to find a shelter with a no kill policy.

As long as it meets their requirements for temperament etc(2 appointments)/ & if they have room

They will do a vet check and temperament check. If both go well, probably. If they are full because older dogs were dropped off to make room for Xmas puppies (shame on those heartless folks) they may have an opening later.
