Sicsa is a great place to adopt pets because I had about five to Wawa's puppy Chihuahuas they was three months old and they took all of them they put me in a program where I didn't have to pay anything for them to take them they took real good care of them and plus I took my dog trouble out there so he can get whatever they do they cut the balls off dogs workplace and not just talkin
