No Hamilton Ohio is a common wealth county, Which means they don't take on all the rules and regulations for the state of Ohio They pretty much "can" set their own rates, regulations for utilities because they don't use state money for assistance Someone(s) with a whole lot of money, runs that city Research common wealth
I grew up in Hamilton and loved here 40 years.I just moved back here and they charged me a 560.deposit just to get them put in my name.Its not right to charge that much for a deposit after having to pay rent and rent deposit.
