Was very disappointed with the actions of the staff permitting a non- family member into our private blood family only funeral! I guess they just allow any person just off the street to walk on in to a family funeral. This person was not related to the family in any way, and has caused my family much grief. They used the excuse that it was a public place. So look out folks!! They are going to comment it wasn't private, but it was!! I can't help that the woman that helped us did not make that clear. Blood Family means just that!!! They were told numerous times !!!! They threatened they could shut down the funeral, breaking their contract with us. We paid for the funeral in full & what we asked for was not done they broke the contract!! I am very disappointed with them, if Mr. Jim Noonan was alive he would have made things right, God rest his soul, he was a close family friend. You will no longer get any endorsements from or anymore money from me. My business will go elsewhere!! Sincerely Linda Abrams Allen
