Why are Hamilton utilities so high? No matter what I do to insulate my house it still goes up!!!!!!

When we lived in California it was way lower than here in Hamilton! They are rapping people of their money and are getting away with it.!!!

Your water and garbage removal is also included. I don't think for all that, the price is bad. With Duke, all you're paying for is gas and electric and I've had bills here, only a few bucks lower than when I was with Duke.
