They are all right just don't trust them, they have worker's that think they are better than real parents most of them act like they care but don't.

The caseworker get bonus for every child they adopt out like 3000$ for children without disability and 5000$ for children that do, and they have to take enough children for there quato in order for the state to give children services the same amount or more the next year, if you think about it if they were not taking the amount of children they take from people they wouldn't get funding for all the perks and they wouldn't have all those stupid programs that they waste money on it's so sad, what I don't understand is how those caseworkers sleep out night destroying the children and families they rip apart just for money, they have more power then the police or the court system, I think they are all a cult because they all act and do the same thing destroying families and try and act like they are doing to protect children and they just do it for money, they are all so cruel, I swear I think they are all monsters, hell actually there is a such thing as monsters n it's called a caseworke
They ripped my fault apart too.I contacted Health and Human Services and filed a complaint.
Kinda funny because I got the complete opposite. Years of my ex and her drug addiction. Cps wouldn't do anything even though I showed them pictures, videos, messages, etc and they refused to do anything. My ex's bf beat her up in front of my kids. Cps still refused to do anything. The courts refused to do something because the children weren't harmed. What a joke.

The drug screens completed by BCCS are done through Forensic Fluid Laboratories. They are tested 3 separate times for accuracy by the labs. There are 2 different tamper-proofings for each drug screen. A sticker strip used to seal the tube shut, and a sticker strip used to seal the package that the tube and corresponding form go in. If you failed the screen, taking another one does not nullify the failed one. You can always go into the office to request another one as long as the worker knows, or you can go to an urgent care or other medical provider to be screened and have them send the screen to the agency if you want to show that you've gained sobriety. This is not considered a random screen
You have to go to the juvenile courts and file a motion requesting shared parenting time, there is a fee to file but if you can't afford it, ask the clerk about a waiver to waive the fee. Having an attorney is highly advisable, chances of your request being granted without the presence of an attorney is slim.
You need a public defender most the time . You could call CPS and ask them as well ... Sorry you are going through this
Stop by or call the agency to talk to the caseworker.
Well if there teenages isn't parents consent if they have boys over? Do the girls look like there beaten or malnourished or not took care of? Maybe neighbors should mind there own business sometimes and raise there own family and keep a watch out for thieves and drug dealers instead of being nosey on how your neighbors have boys over all hours of the night I could understand if the kids were starved or beaten or held against there will something envoving CPS on family's could be crucial if not needed because CPS takes kids from family all the time for petty stuff they minipulate and twist things around and use things against family's as they take kids from there homes just make sure it's a threatening situation before you involve CPS
I don't know a Karry Dbras. You've said that all of that was done. Does that mean you've already had the home study completed? Did it pass or not? You should have received a letter notifying you of the outcome. If it did not pass then the caseworker wouldn't be the person to speak to. The home study worker would.
They do not typically have a set lunch break for the day. Most caseworkers have to eat while they work, or between home visits in order to get their work done
Call your case worker
Yes a lady i know did not take her kids to the dentist until they was like 8 or 9 years old the dentist called children servis on the mother so yes i would say thats abuse not taking care of the child the way she should
Call in a report to the agency. They screen the report. I would also classrooms the district truancy office.
You can contact the agency and request records but I don't know if all of them are available or legal to give to you. It's worth a shot
