Stehlins has excellent customer service! I have started going to them for meats other butchers either don't have or are extremely expensive to purchase. In fact I was just there yesterday (9/22/20) and got beef plate ribs that were spectacular in size. You can't go wrong shopping at Stehlins!
They will cut them any way you want them.
