Hi. I don’t think you will ever find another person like this. Roy got on a call with me and helped me walk through the steps needed to get my machine working again. He didn’t tell me I had to book an appointment to help. That never happens any more. The steps were spot on. I shared photos via cell phone and he patiently took me through every step. I had visitors and wanted to show the game but it was not working. Now it is. This is the one of THE best service experiences I have ever had. Will book time to get my machine fully serviced.
