We recently added my phone number to my girlfriend's account. I brought a phone and a watch. When we first switched a few months ago my watch was working fine. A month or so ago I stopped getting notifications when I was away from my phone out of Bluetooth range. Also when we switched the account rep told me that I would have 40 gigs of Hotspot data but he put me on the wrong plan so I've only had three gigs of data for the last few months. We went in for the first time on Saturday and the rep was partially helpful but could not finish the process. He told us to call 611 because there was something special that they had to do but the lady that answered 611 was new and could barely speak English and did not understand what we needed and so she was not very helpful. So we went back to the store on Sunday and got a different rep that was supposedly a Samsung expert and I thought everything was resolved but it turns out my watch still isn't working right...

I was having trouble getting my service done on line but my sales rep did an excellent job getting that resolved , educated me on few questions I had, was fast and friendly. In fact I tried catching him before he left to give him a tip for doing a wonderful job but he was already gone. Forget to get his name as well but thanks again!

No. You can pay by phone or e-mail. It's your choice. I just chose to go in person. I was safe and very clean environment.
